Stonecreek Real Estate Update October 2026

Stonecreek Real Estate Update:

Has Stonecreek Come Full Circle Heading Into Season?

Real estate has a funny way of taking the scenic route back to where it started. In January, Stonecreek had 18 homes for sale, an average asking price of $422 per square foot and 102 average days on market. In October, those numbers are 16 homes, $423 per square foot and 101 days.

The headline numbers look almost exactly where they began the year, but plenty happened in between. Inventory fell to 10 homes in the spring and has now rebuilt as owners position their properties for returning seasonal buyers.

The mix of inventory has also moved higher. Twelve of the 16 active listings are priced above $1 million, including six between $1.5 million and $2 million—the most we have tracked in that range this year.

At $423 per square foot, Stonecreek technically reached a new 2026 high. January was $422, so nobody needs to order balloons or fire up the confetti cannon just yet. The increase is largely explained by having more higher-priced homes in the current mix.
